Redefine Learning Academy LLC (“RLA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website you are visiting and related admissions and family portal services (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information You Provide to Us

Inquiry and contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about your family and what you're looking for in a school.
Information about your child — when you submit an inquiry or admissions application, you may provide your child's name, date of birth, grade level, current school, and related notes. This information is always provided by a parent or guardian, not collected from children directly.
Admissions application information — household details, signatures, and teacher recommendations submitted as part of the application process.
Account information — email, name, and password credentials if you have a portal account. Passwords are stored only in securely hashed form.
Payment information — application fees are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, for the duration of an admissions relationship or enrollment, and as required for legal, accounting, or record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages related to your inquiries, applications, or account.
You may opt out of personalized advertising using the tools linked in the advertising section above.
