Redefine Learning Academy is a small middle school program designed for students who benefit from focused instruction, strong academic foundations, and a balanced school schedule. With small class sizes and individualized teaching, RLA helps students build the skills and confidence needed for high school and beyond.

What Makes RLA Different
1-to-1 Instruction
With a 6:1 student-teacher ratio, students receive regular one-to-one teaching and assessment - allowing teachers to provide meaningful individual instruction and meet each student where they are.
Mastery-Based Pace
Students move forward when they truly understand - not when a calendar says to. When there are gaps, we fill them. When a student is ready to accelerate, we do.
Learning That Lasts
Students build strong foundations in mathematics, language arts, science, and history, while developing the critical thinking, research, and communication skills needed for high school and beyond.
Balanced School Calendar
RLA follows a balanced academic calendar designed to support steady learning with consistent yet flexible routines. Rather than a long summer break, our schedule includes shorter, more frequent breaks across the year.
RLA was created by an experienced educator with a deep background in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Our teachers work closely with each student, track progress continuously, and adjust teaching to meet learning goals. Families receive regular weekly updates - so they always know what their child is working on and how they are progressing.
